Best Bites is the biggest and most effective online food community in the UAE. We work across digital and social platforms as a one-stop-shop for users to search and discover great food experiences, the newest restaurants, the best dining deals, offers and promos in Abu Dhabi and beyond. Our aim is to bring the best information to members of the food community through real, unbiased reviews from real customers! We began with a Facebook Group in 2014, designed to facilitate discussion on where to eat in Abu Dhabi, and we have now grown across Facebook, Instagram and a succession of websites to a collective audience of more than engaged food lovers. Best Bites Dubai followed in 2016, and now has members and counting! From that grew a discount platform, Best Bites Plus, which provides discounts to subscribers, with no redemption costs to the industry and an affordable subscriber fee. Best Bites aims to give solid, suitable recommendations to those looking for places to dine. We want to get people to go out more - to match them with dining experiences that fulfil their needs and through that gain happy customers. Best Bites is also in the unique position of connecting business owners, managers, marketers and staff with their potential customers. We give them the opportunity to communicate directly on our Facebook Groups and we have the opportunity to share information about their products, offers and promotions through our far-reaching editorial content. Our discount platform, BB+, allows businesses to access our customers and get extra marketing love from us. We’re very flexible, can act immediately and we have our fingers firmly on the pulse of the market. We also believe strongly in involving small businesses in our monthly CSR initiatives. As we grow, spreading awareness about sustainability is increasingly important to us and we endeavour to use Best Bites to affect change in the way the industry in Abu Dhabi approaches sustainability.
