Bethany hospital, Shillong is a Multi-Specialty Hospital, established in the year 2002 with bed strength of 94 and upgraded to 175 beds in the year 2011. Aimed at providing the best Secondary Health Care facilities, the central location of this Hospital with its easy accessibility, prompt and professional approach, along with individualized care by the staff have been significant factors contributing to its rapid growth. As a centre of health care in the remote North Eastern States of India where adequate facilities are sparse and wanting, this hospital has in the year past contributed immensely to health-care delivery of both of those hailing from within the city as well as the far flung areas.
