Better Avenues

We are a local agency that has a contract with Wisconsin's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). Opening in 2014, we receive referrals to work with individuals for career placement. We assist individuals with overcoming barriers in the workplace and finding their true vocational path. We are very committed in making sure our consumers are placed in jobs that are truly a good match for them, as individuals. One of the strongest indicators that we have found the right match for somebody is that the person we placed is able to use his or her strengths and interests on the job. We also pride ourselves in making new connections with employers in the area and building relationships with management.
