The Better Housing Coalition (BHC) is the Richmond, Virginia region’s largest nonprofit community development corporation. BHC creates high-quality homes for residents of modest means, and empowers them with programs and tools to help them reach their fullest potential – at all stages of life. Our mission: to change lives and transform communities through high-quality, affordable housing. Our vision: To ensure that every citizen in our region, regardless of their economic status, has good choices in where they live and how they reach their fullest potential.
