I am a qualified personal and professional development coach trained to support young professionals who are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety, lacking good work-life balance, and feeling stuck and unsure about the next step. I use evidence-based coaching techniques to help my clients gain clarity and align their career choices with personal values, gain stronger sense of self-confidence, and work through fears and self-doubt. 1:1 online coaching sessions are grounded in established psychological principles and proven coaching approaches, such as Solution-Focused Coaching, Strength-Based Coaching, and Cognitive-Behavioural Coaching (CBC).
