Individual leadership development. BETTERDAY moves people in their company and context: We consequently build on the individuals strengths and challenges. We tailor our programmes specifically to the demands of the individual and the company. And we change the practical leadership or specialist behaviour in the daily practise. It is a personally engaging, disruptive and very different approach to development - and it makes all the difference. BETERDAY is focused on Scandinavian leadership - and specialist development with a base in Copenhagen (DK) but working just af often in Norway and Sweden.
