As it is very difficult and awkward to share your issues with someone who is completely anonymous. This makes the user more comfortable talking to the therapists since they know what they look like and their basic details. Considering the fact that, these days everything is accessible and made convenient through your phone,from ordering books online to getting food and groceries delivered to your door and everyone is working on making everything accessible using technology so why not do this with mental health. The vision of the BetterTalk app is to help deal with mental health issues by making sure that professional help is accessible, affordable, and efficient to anyone and anywhere.
