BetterYOU Productions has created this unique and proprietary program design for Employee Wellness based on the extensive experience of its owner and founder, former CEO Phil McAvoy. After having years of experience implementing traditional programs that continually failed to meet satisfactory participation and engagement levels, we hit on the idea of leveraging the efficiency and effectiveness of internet video distribution to large audiences at extremely low costs per employee. After speaking with many HR professionals and leaders, we then realized that it was possible to create a wellness program that works for both employees and employers. Phil has extensive experience leading teams that designed and implemented wellness programs for diverse groups of employees. Phil has always had a strong interest in self-help and wellness programs and has seen firsthand the benefits of coaching in his professional and personal life. Phil spent the last few years studying the most effective wellness programs in the marketplace and has adapted the best and most proven techniques into our Wellness curriculum.
