We extend the uptime of our customer's equipment and protect people, material and the environment by applying acid-resistant coating and corrosion protection. We use acid-resistant coating for customers who work with aggressive acids. Consider, for example, the metallurgy and extraction of minerals (Phosphate, Zinc, Uranium,…). When we talk about corrosion protection, it is about corrosion by water or other products such as chlorine. We mainly work with process equipment (reactors, tanks.) and the environment around this equipment (floors, retention.). The process equipment is in constant contact with these aggressive products. The environment can come into contact with this during shutdowns, emergencies, etc. We always use a protection between the wall and the aggressive product. This barrier is usually a watertight rubber or a reinforced resin. This rubber is often protected against temperature or mechanical impact. A resin or bricks can be used for this. The choice of the type of protection is made according to the working conditions and the economy of the customer. Within the group, we have the expertise available to provide the best technical solution for the customer, to deliver and apply the products. In addition, we often work with subcontractors to offer a total solution for the customer. In Belgium, we have built a very flat and compact structure around the expertise of our site workers.
