The Bevara team is committed to ensuring that data is easily accessed on the web or in an application while maintaining its native format. This mitigates the challenges, such as resource expenditure and data loss, that are associated with format conversion. Our software leverages advanced web technologies to enable data access in any format - whether legacy, newly-developed, or proprietary. There is no more need for users to download plug-ins or for content providers to convert their data to the handful of formats natively supported by browsers. We currently offer four products: Bevara Access is a free and easy-to-use tool that provides open-source libraries to allow you to display data on your website. Bevara Access Premium expands the range of formats supported by Bevara Access, and lets you handle not only proprietary formats but also tailor the interface to your specifications. This IDE is ideal for developers creating web-based viewing and collaboration products. Bevara Open-Source Developer is an SDK and IDE that allows developers to contribute their open-source code to the Bevara Access project. This removes existing challenges, enabling developers to create new formats or support legacy formats that are not currently supported by browsers. Bevara Preserve is a tool to package data in its native format with all of the code required for displaying or interacting with the data. This tool is designed specifically for archivists and content providers, since it mitigates the issues with format conversion and normalization. We also offer services to add support for proprietary formats, to develop and tailor interactive controls, and to interface with data access management and cloud storage providers for large-scale information storage and preservation.
