Beyond Civic Ag

Authorities and companies alike increasingly need external data in order to solve increasingly complex challenges. This requires new approaches to data sharing and collaboration. We are convinced of the value of shared data. Beyond Civic AG was founded by Stefan Metzger in Lucerne in 2022 with the aim of helping cities and municipalities to develop smart solutions using ecosystem approaches. In 2024, Lukas Hohl and Jorge Alvarado, the two founders of Trust Relay AG and Stefan Metzger, decided to join forces. Lukas and Jorge bring extensive data and IT knowledge to the table, while Stefan brings his experience in developing solutions at the interface between the public and private sectors. This resulted in the 'new' Beyond Civic AG in spring 2024, with Trust Relay remaining as a product. Together, we are able not only to design complex data ecosystems, but also to implement them. Beyond Civic AG combines a unique spectrum of experience and knowledge to achieve this.Our head office is located at Wilhelmshöhe 1 in beautiful Lucerne in the heart of Switzerland - in close proximity to Zurich, Bern and Basel.
