Starting out as a mining technology conference in 2018 and continuously evolving and expanding its conference offering, Beyond Digital Transformation is disrupting the idea of "conferences" and focusing on the goals of solving Mining Company Challenges. The BDT Idea Factory Launch is a kind of unconference where mining companies can simply put their challenge out there for the mining community to crowdsource solutions to and the most engaged solution providers and experts have the opportunity to attend an exclusive invite-only workshop comprising of no more than 30 individuals who work together in a live, highly interactive, Digitally Facilitated workshop over a series of 2 sessions to solve specific problems for mining companies. Ever wish all the experts from around the world who were available to focus on your challenge were in the same room, listening to and working on coming up with ideas to solve your top challenges? BDT once again is partnering with the Canadian Institute of Mining and PACE.global to call all mining experts, thought leaders and vendors to work on solving the top mining company challenges as articulated by the mining companies themselves. BDT with the help of CIM and PACE.global is looking to launch a series of Digital First Idea Factories featuring the following unique mix: Who: A mix of mining company representatives who have articulated the BIG challenge, industry experts and vendors who have experience solving that specific challenge and of course a couple sponsor representatives. Each workshop will have no more than 20 representatives. What: A series of 2 part – 2.5 hour workshops dedicated to helping answer the BIG Challenge that is being faced by the mining companies in the room based on the topic area. Each workshop will feature power networking sessions, a Digital First Certified Facilitator, A Very Fun and Tight Agenda, Leading into a potential solution widget that will inform the agenda of the BDT2022 event.
