Award winning Indian restaurant servicing Adelaide, SA since Our aim is to provide outstanding, authentic, contemporary Indian cuisine, and we work hard to ensure that your food reaches your table at optimum quality. We use only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally, with most spices imported from India. We minimise the use of oil and ghee in our food as we believe its taste is all important. Canola Oil, free of trans fats is used for all our frying –- as recommended by the Heart Foundation. We use the latest technology in our kitchen. High level water filtration systems, ozone equipment and the ability to blast-chill our food all reduces the risk of bacterial multiplication. Having these systems in place allows us to produce a Beyond India product sold in the Foodland IGAs in the wider Adelaide area. Our overseas chefs are from many provinces – Indian regions such as Punjab, Mumbai and Calcutta as well as Pakistan and Nepal. The blending of these regions results in a rich and diverse tapestry of food.
