Beyond IQ was created to bring about new ways of thinking about situations to enable changes in behaviour. We provide customised workplace training in the following areas: Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace; Conflict Management; Managing Staff in the 21st Century; Conversations for Change; Bullying Prevention; and develop workshops for specific workplace outcomes. In-house follow-up coaching is made available for all participants to continue the behavioural change process in the workplace. Our workshops, coaching and presentations all contain the latest in brain science. Thanks to Dr Deb Adams, Neuro-scientist we ensure that what is presented to our clients is the latest information available in behavioural change and new ways of thinking. We use experiential modes of delivery to engage participants. We have found over the years of using this mode of delivery that it produces the greatest degree of personal change and awareness. Humour is a large part of our workshops and people often feel energised and enthusiastic about the changes they are going to be undertaking as a result. We are also accomplished facilitators of strategic planning and vision and mission statements.
