Beyond Meds Foundation

Beyond meds foundation is an initiative by the youth that provides mental welfare and contributes towards mental health awareness. This is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the companies act, 2013. Beyond Meds is run constructively by a foundation of over 50 intellectual people across the globe with a shared objective at hands. The foremost ambition of Beyond Meds Foundation is to advocate mental and psychological welfare practices, stimulate positive discussion regarding upkeep of mental health and encourage absolute communication about mental conditions. The Foundation undertakes various social welfare activities and organize awareness programmes like webinars, campaigns, and collaborations with accomplished psychologists. Furthermore, Beyond Meds also aspire to address myths and negative beliefs to eradicate the stigma around mental health conditions. It includes focusing the limelight to scenarios of suicide and other self threatening activities by promoting pragmatic ambience and dialogues which would eventually help the youth to develop greater thinking abilities towards life and combat the negativity of the society. Our mission is to create a safe space where people can open up without having to fear about any judgments. We want to make people understand that mental health is just as essential as physical well being. We also aim to help the less privileged citizens, people having mental disabilities and focus on suicide prevention etc.
