Beyond Reel is an entertainment company that aims to explore and produce content that shows a different side of South Africa. The company was founded by Karabo Likhethe and Deidre Rosenberg in 2017 and has since gone on to develop and produce seven short films, two music projects, facilitate a creative arts festival and is currently in development of its first feature film. The duo hold a combined 20 years experience in the film and commercials industry, and are members of the IPO, WGSA and SWIFT, and are committed to industry best practice. Beyond Reel is the production facilitation partner for Reel Partners NPC committed to developing new talent, as well as creating thought provoking content that challenges the way people think and see life. We create stories and branded content that challenges accepted norms through reimagined emotive narratives.
