Beyond The Baselines is a full-service consultancy aimed at educating and advising country club and club governing bodies and committees.at every level. Drawing on the world-wide experience of our team members in the club, tennis, fitness marketing and advertising industries, we provide a peripheral yet substantial viewpoint of all club operations. We look to improve both the member and guest experience while educating the governing body, general manager and directors in best business practices to create a “best-in-class” program and staff. Far too often we find that club managers, search and tennis committees and governing boards do not understand the true business behind the tennis and fitness departments. From employment practices and law through to marketing and communications, club governing bodies are not truly knowledgeable in the businesses of tennis and fitness and our aim is to educated and advise these bodies. Improving communication between Directors of Tennis and Fitness with Boards and Committees along with educating clubs in regard to the business of tennis and fitness is our priority.
