Beyondia International School Yamata Youchien - In 2013, considering the challenges our society is set to face, we implemented an English program called “Beyondia” as an extracurricular activity at the kindergarten, aiming to foster children who can articulate their thoughts to people from diverse backgrounds- In 2015, we decided to integrate the English Program into the kindergarten’s regular curriculum, setting the school's mission to “cultivate creative human capital capable of thinking, acting, and leveraging globally.” - In 2021, Yamata Kindergarten became the first Article 1 Kindergarten in Kanagawa Prefecture to be accredited by the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB-PYP).
