When I was about 5 years old, I wrote a story about a trip my family took to New York to visit family. My mother wrote it down as I dictated and I illustrated it. I believe it was called “Blair’s Big Book”. It didn’t follow any linear structure (there were some fantastic leaps of, but it was my first foray into story telling. Ever since then, I have always been interested in finding and revealing stories. And stories aren’t always written down. There are a multitude of ways of telling where we’ve come from and where we’re going be it through the written or spoken word, on the stage or film, or perhaps a visual means. This is about you and your company’s story. I can help you tell it through your brand, website, print and social media in a way that will engage your community be it stakeholders in the company or your neighbours down the street. Before anything is done though, we need to think about a few key points- What is the structure of your story- What is the right medium to tell the story- Who do you want to tell your story to and have it be retold and retold?
