The association BULGARIAN HYDROGEN SOCIETY (BG H2 Society) is a volunteer, independent, non-governmental formation, registered under the Law on the Non-profit Corporate Bodies, which is in community service. Its major purpose is to integrate leading scientists with legislators, government authorities, managers, sponsors and investigators to help the Bulgarian society to incorporate the scientific and technological progress in the field of the advanced worldwide Hydrogen technologies. Bulgarian Hydrogen Society was found on 16.07.2003 in Sofia by Ministry of Defence of Republic of Bulgaria, University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy (UCTM) and Bulgarian Academy of Science (BAS).
