Bhappy Site

Ola! I am Rui Anderson Alves I am a professional graduate in Logistics, an International Sports Management student, as well as the founder of the Bhappy site. I started the Bhappy site so that I could spread and promote positive mindsets. Due to stress and daily pressure, our mind and body experience a great toll and need to be taken care of through reading and participating in pleasurable physical activities. I believe that by taking action, little by little, day by day, with care, passion, responsibility, love, and enthusiasm, together, we can make this world a better place. As such, I would like to share some of my thoughts with you. Finding peace is an individual thing; no one can find it for you. However, I believe some actions will help us find this place that we all deserve.
