The BHRT Training Academy exists to raise the standard of hormone care by training medical providers in comprehensive, evidence-based bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Founded by Donna White — The Hormone Defender, the Academy was built in response to a critical gap in medicine: patients seeking hormone care, and too few providers trained to deliver it safely, thoroughly, and responsibly. While hormone therapy is often discussed, it is rarely taught with the depth, rigor, and clinical accountability it requires. We exist to change that. WHO WE SERVE We educate and support physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists who want to develop true competency in BHRT — not surface-level exposure. Our providers serve women and men navigating hormone-related symptoms that impact long-term health, vitality, and quality of life. They choose to practice medicine that prioritizes optimal outcomes, not just “normal” lab ranges.
