Bi-State Utilities was founded in 1992. We construct new underground water and sewer utilities as well as repair existing facilities. We also specialize in pipe bursting (a no-dig) technology, vacuum excavation and sewer inspection services. Our primary sector of business is commercial properties, however we also do residential lateral inspections, repairs and installations. We also work for municipalities and other government entities.
