BIBITOR werd opgericht in 2004 met de ambitie om een landelijke portefeuille van horecavastgoed op binnenstedelijke toplocaties op te bouwen. Vanaf het begin vormen professionaliteit, samenwerking, transparantie en een vooruitstrevende visie op de toekomst de kern van onze manier van werken. Sinds 2018 richt Bibitor zich daarnaast op de ontwikkeling van stadsappartementen. Wij geloven in levendige, duurzame steden waar ruimte is voor afwisselende horecaconcepten en voldoende woningen. Door (her)ontwikkeling dragen wij actief bij aan een evenwichtige stedelijke omgeving.
