A BibliASPA, Biblioteca e Centro de Pesquisa América do Sul – Países Árabes, é uma organização sem fins lucrativos, criada com o objetivo de promover a reflexão crítica por meio da pesquisa, produção e difusão sobre os povos árabes, africanos e sul-americanos. Para isso, congrega pesquisadores e acadêmicos de mais de 30 países e oferece bibliotecas especializadas, publicação de livros, pesquisas, consultoria para projetos especiais, mostras de cinema e teatro, cursos e exposições, entre outras ações. BibliASPA, The Arab and South American Library and Research Center, is a not-for-profit organization, created with the objective of promoting critical reflection through research, production and the dissemination of ideas on Arab, African and South American peoples. Accordingly, it brings together researchers and academics from more than 30 countries and offers specialized archives, book publishing, research, consultancy for special projects, cinema and theater festivals, courses and exhibitions, among other actions. بيبليآسبا، مكتبة و مركز بحوث أمريكا الجنوبية والدول العربية، منظمة بدون أهداف ربحية أسست بهدف تشجيع التفكير النقدي بواسطة البحث والإنتاج والنشر حول الشعوب العربية والإفريقية وشعوب منطقة أمريكا الجنوبية. وقصد تحقيق هذا تجمع المكتبة باحثين وأكاديميين من أكثر من ثلاثين دولة. كما أن بيبليآسبا تقدم مكتبات متخصصة وتعمل في مجال نشر الكتب وترجمتها. إضافة إلى ما سبق تنجز بيبليآسبا البحوث والاستشارات للمشاريع الخاصة وتنظم المهرجانات السينمائية والعروض المسرحية وحلقات التكوين والمعارض إضافة إلى أنشطة أخرى
