While our bar stocks a variety of wine, spirits and boutique beer, Biero also holds a range of exclusively selected beers sold out of our world-exclusive Beervaults™. The BeervaultsTM allows Biero to provide tasting of a variety of beers which have never traditionally been sold in sample racks before due to the fact that they can only be bought in bottles. With a selection of beers that will rotate fortnightly, Biero will consistently push the boundaries of beer aficionados and everyday punters who like something a little different. Food served within premises will reflect the beers. Biero will offer globally inspired meals, cheeses and desserts to complement their selection of beer, wine and spirits. Meals served within Biero are designed to be shared, promoting communal beer tasting and discussions about the unique beers on offer.
