General Company Description Big Fat Pita (BFP) is a new, quick, casual restaurant concept being developed by Rhodes Restaurants LLC. Fast, casual dining is the fastest growing segment in the restaurant industry. The first location will be in Los Angeles and will introduce the city to a healthy cuisine that is extremely popular throughout the rest of the world. Using traditional Greek recipes, spits of meat are slowly cooked in front of vertical broilers. This style of cooking is not only eye catching, but also provides a perfect texture of both juicy and crispy meat in each bite. In addition to the tasty meats, pre‐made salads and unique Greek sides will be featured in a glass display case. The layout and style of cooking will allow quick service, without the usual fast‐food sacrifice on quality.
