All our transactions have been successfully concluded in a discreet manner - no internet or public advertisting, working within our vast network of investors and developers we have built up over the years including numerous listed property funds and private investment groups. Our clients look to purchase countrywide in all sectors of the property market and have strong balance sheets and are therefore able to see transactions through to fruition. We focus on various aspects of commercial brokering including the sourcing and sale of shopping and retail centres, industrial properties, offices/office-to-residential conversions, filling stations and development land. Bulk sales of existing residential complexes and buildings as well as off-take agreements for new developments is another one of our specialities. Joint venture potential also exists for greenfield and brownfield projects – we have clients that enter into JV’s as funding partners and/or co-developers where developers are looking to access equity/funding or looking to de-risk projects. Developers can then co-own or exit via an agreed buy-out or off-take agreement depending on the project type. We have marketed off-plan and newly-built residential developments, developed land and been involved in residential development. Keeping up-to-date with economic and market trends allows us to provide good advice and assist with various decisions.
