In practice this can include: Optimising business operations – reviewing current workflows, pipelines, and ecosystems, with clear, actionable recommendations for improvement. Flexible consultancy – offering both short- and long-term engagements, including project management for offline and online initiatives. Digital transformation – modernising and digitising operational processes to enhance efficiency. Digital marketing strategy & execution – developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. Content production – creating high-quality copy, imagery, assets, documents, video, and animation for social media, websites, newsletters, and pitch decks. Step-in management consultancy – providing interim leadership and strategic oversight. Where I am not best-placed to provide a certain service or output, I have amassed a healthy Little Black Book of trusted and experienced contacts, and often work alongside them on briefs, or - depending on the requirements - am more than happy to provide an introduction. I work, and have worked, with businesses of all natures and sizes, from sole traders to nationwide FTSE-listed companies.
