BIGA Sdn Bhd previously known as Big Achievers Enterprise (hereinafter referred as BA) was solely constructed to aid companies in improving their performance, productivity, reduce cost, and bottom- line results. Established in June 2010, BA has been providing professional training sessions for non-executive personnel in the retail oil & gas industry. The programs were already conducted in Johor since 2008 using a team of freelance trainers. The company was then officially incorporated when operations were moved to Kuala Lumpur. BA is also an event planner and has organized a wide array of events for petrol station retail business in nationwide. Our team comprises of talented, enthusiastic, outstanding, and over the top trainers from various backgrounds, each and every one ever ready to be at your service. These individuals have undergone sufficient and efficient training programs together with plenty of modules to adapt and suit in the various and unique conditions of your company that we live to serve by. BAs dedicated trainers conduct an average of 40 training sessions monthly, providing an effective yet simple coaching on delivering superior customer service. To date, BA has completed training more than petrol station staff in retail business industry on programs related to forecourt customer service, merchandising & sales skills. BA has also rolled out a highly successful mystery motorist program and currently has a network of auditors to conduct these audits all across Malaysia. BA is purely Malaysian, representing the different races comprising in our country and reaching out to the global audience.
