We use the twin philosophies of TOC (Theory of constraints) & Lean to bring about this transformational change. This transformational change is brought about by actual ground level implementation undertaken across the length & breadth of the entire company,( both supply chain & shop floor),involving training, communication & other activities, from worker level to strategic level intervention at the Board level The transformational change that we seek to bring is not on operational parameters such as efficiency increase.
