Billingham Environmental Link Programme - Belp

The Billingham Environment Link Programme (BELP) is a community organisation, rub by the community for the community, undertaking projects with the local area with a view to drive the physical, social and economic regeneration of Billingham and its neighbouring communities, whilst embedding sustainability in to heart of all activities with the individual being the key focus. Its ethos is not about solving problems top down, it’s about addressing identified needs, opportunities and desires that are not being met bottom up. To fulfil these aims we deliver a range of community activities and projects that support life style development.
