Led by trauma psychologist Helen Billows, our Adelaide-based private practice focuses on evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy, particularly EMDR therapy. Helen is known for her warm, non-judgmental approach and deep knowledge in working with complex trauma, PTSD, childhood trauma, and dissociative symptoms. Therapy with her is always trauma-informed, whether she's helping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or stress. Helen is also an EMDR Consultant and Board-Approved Supervisor, providing EMDR consultation and supervision to fellow psychologists and mental health professionals across Australia.
