Bill Norred 40+ years in the automotive industry and is a graduate of Northwood University with a degree in Automotive Marketing and Management. After working his way up to the General Manager of a Highline dealership he moved to the OEM side of the business where he worked for the marketing department at Lexus corporate. Billy worked in the core team that built the Lexus Sales and Service Processes that propelled Lexus to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Before leaving Lexus to build his own company, he oversaw all the customer satisfaction training for Lexus Corporate and its 225 dealers. In 1995 he started the company, AutoCSI, and in the last 25-plus years, he has crafted improvement plans that have moved dealers from the bottom 1 percent to the top 10 percent in CSI and doubled sales while decreasing their expenses. Billy was the lead Retail Subject Matter Expert in a program that took Lincoln, division, from 21st to 2nd and Ford from 28th to 15th in the JDPA SSI study in just 2 years. Billy has worked with Ford, Lincoln, and JD Power to design, develop, and launch "Blue Oval" and the Lincoln Premier Experience in the US and Canada. AutoCSI took one of America's largest Toyota dealers from the bottom 1% in CSI to the top 30% in under 180 days. Later that year they qualified and were awarded their first Presidents Award.
