Binary Glide provides fractional CTO leadership to founders and leadership teams navigating the shift from experimental technology to stable, governed, production systems. We specialise in AI-enabled operations — not as pilots or point solutions, but as operational capabilities that require clear ownership, architectural discipline, and executive accountability. Binary Glide works with a small number of organisations at a time where senior technical leadership is required, but a full-time CTO is not yet the right move. Binary Glide was founded by Paul Bradbury, a technology leader with 25+ years’ experience owning complex systems across SaaS, data, and digital platforms in the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
