نبذة تاريخية: تأسست مؤسسة بن عزيز القابضة كشركة ذات مسئولية محدودة في منتصف عام 2002م بواسطة الشيخ عبد الله سعيد بن عزيز ، وكان الهدف الرئيسي هو نشاط الحج والعمرة وخاصة الحج الداخلي من خلال شركة (الإسراء) لما تتمتع به العائلة من خبرات وعلاقات كبيرة ومتسعة جدا في مجال السياحة الدينية. كان الغرض الأساسي للشركة منذ نشأتها كما تم تحديده في عقد تأسيسها منذ البداية هو: استثمار الأموال والخبرات والكافآت على أسس اقتصادية وتجارية سليمة من خلال المساهمة واثبات الذات في قطاعات متنوعة مثل (السياحة، التغذية، المقاولات، المعدات الثقيلة، النقل والمواصلات، الاستيراد والتصدير).
