The firm was originally founded as English and Training Services by Waldemar Biniecki and Susan Yelich Biniecki, the first Polish-American couple to base their business in Bydgoszcz, Poland Clients included Lucent Technologies, LOGON S.A, Gasior S.A, Scania Polska, and others. After relocating to the United States, Waldemar founded Biniecki Consulting which provides a wide range of services to U.S. companies and organizations with an interest in Poland. Clients have included Quad Graphics, Merrill Lynch, Southwest Metal Finishing Inc, the Commercial and Economic Department of the Consulate of the Republic of Poland, the Polish Center of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, Krakus Ham International, Milwaukee School of Engineering, UWM (SCE, CIE, IWA) in Milwaukee, University of Kansas and Kansas State University and Polonia Institute.
