Biocelex Oy is re-established as of Sep 2023 but currently inactive. For more, send us a note or check out the retrospect below The company history dates back to 2007 when Biocelex was established as an innovation and business development company to apply the acknowledged innovation process of one the co-owners, Karolinska Institutet Holding AB. Biocelex Oy also offered services for : The research sector with technical & commercial evaluations, commercialization plans and early-stage funding solutions : Life Science companies with business development, funding arrangements primarily through the Karolinska collaboration, market intelligence and scouting services : Other Life Science interest groups with consultation as well as business environment studies and reports In 2013 Biocelex Oy was merged with Turku Science Park Oy and terminated as an independent company. The name was held by Turku Science Park Oy as an auxiliary company name until September 2023. The key persons behind the original Biocelex decided then to maintain the name for possible future endeavours and registered the new Biocelex Oy as a limited company on September 29th 2023. Currently the company is passive and not operational.
