Biodidact - The Community Lab

The Community Lab provides Biotechnology research outsourcing services to federal agencies, research and academic institutions (large or small) and start-up companies. We believe that Biotech is the new digital. The exponential progress that has taken place in the field of biotechnology has blurred the boundaries between engineering, physics and biology. Advances in biotechnology impact our health and the way we live, from medicine to agriculture and the environment. We support innovation in biotechnology and strive to be more inclusive in the process because that's how innovation thrives. Part of the organization's mission is to make biotechnology education and research accessible and cost-effective to large institutions and the broader community (farmers, small businesses or even individual innovators). Another aspect of our mission is to encourage a responsible and sustainable bioscience education and research culture, while committing to innovation and community outreach through hands-on education workshops and crowdsourced-science projects.
