BIODIVERSITA is a pioneer startup in Brazil that develops and produces high-tech active ingredients using microbial goods for agriculture, pharmaceutical and cosmetics fields. The R&D laboratory has its own microbial culture collection with about 150 bacterial and fungal strains, which are rationally investigated for rapid and focused development of new actives. Biodiversita is a pioneer to introduce a fertilizer made exclusively with bacterial species that increase drought tolerance in many crops such as soybean, corn, sugarcane and pasture; and also to supply L-asparaginase enzyme with a therapeutic application for cancer treatment.
