BiomicAgritech has developed a new method and system for growing trellised vegetables downward on rotatable tubes that reduces by half the vegetables cultivation labor. Trellising is done by gravity and leaning & lowering is replaced by wrapping plants stems on the tubes by rotating the tubes with a push of a button. Trellising, leaning and lowering, labor is eliminated. Demo test conducted with cherry tomatoes and cluster tomatoes, ended recently, shows higher productivity on BiomicAgritech system than the traditional way with half the labor. Regarding sustainability, BiomicAgritech uprooted plants are pure organic material that can be composted with no trellising plastic wires and accessories.
