With a tradition of quality dating back to 1919, date of launch of the brand El Monaguillo, BIOSCA TAMARA is a renowned company specialized in processing and packaging of the main varieties of Tunisian dates. Being located 300 meters from the date palm oasis of Nefta, we make sure that only top quality dates are selected and integrated in the production process. We truly believe that quality begins in oasis, therefore we established a close partnership with local farmers and with date suppliers in compliance with GLOBAL GAP certification. Our dedicated quality team controls the entire supply chain from dates selection until the finished product is shipped. BIOSCA TAMARA won the leadership of the date market in Spain and in Latin America dates thanks to its experience, its reliable relations with its partners and especially thanks to the attention given to the control of the quality of the products throughout the process of production. Located in a new industrial area near Tunis, our new modern factory which opened in 2022 has significantly increased our capacity of processing and refrigerated storage. We operate at the highest level of quality and food safety in compliance with IFS and BRC certifications. The company distinguishes itself by its entrepreneurial dynamism and by an innovative and effective marketing. Our objective for the near future is to penetrate into new markets in Europe, in Asia and in North America and to become the supplier of reference of top-quality dates.
