BioSolv Environmental Sdn Bhd (formerly known as TOMHER Environmental Sdn Bhd) was established in 2010 based on a simple idea that no one has taken sewage disposal seriously, be it the most prestigious diving resorts, or some of the most populated urban areas. On one occasion, I happened to be on family vacation at one of the 5 stars diving resorts and was utterly disgusted to learn that sewage was being irresponsibly disposed into open sea where you have tourists and kids just swimming and snorkeling in the same vicinity without proper treatment. Seeing this, we know that we can either do something about this now or kiss our tourism industry good bye. We wanted to engineer a system that can truly make a difference in preserving the ecosystem, and not to just fulfill requirements from authorities. And that’s exactly what we did. Today, we are proud to have taken action on a simple idea many years back. As we look into the future, we want to continue in pushing our limit on innovation and making a difference.
