Technology is important – but it’s not everything! Market – Large Market Opportunity We are concerned with both the total available market size for a product or service as well as the timing of that market’s development. The potential market must be large enough to allow for the construction of an enterprise with potential annual revenue of $250 million or more, unless high margins make a niche market attractive as well. Given the limited funding available to any young company, we favor businesses that address markets that are ripe and ready as opposed to those that are several years away. Timing is key!
