Our activities span from research to the implementation process of sustainable forms of energy from organic waste and landfills. In addition of keeping surroundings clean, Biotech helps to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases like methane and carbon dioxide, which are participating in global warming, by converting them into functional energy. Biotech India has been involved in the production of energy from waste for more than 15 years and its contribution to the society led the organisation to win a number of national and international awards including the Ashden Award (aka 'Green Oscar') in 2007.
