In humans, the company has generated data against Herpes, Dengue, AIDS and Ebola. It’s now moving rapidly to work on Covid-19 with partners. Scientists have recently discovered that Sars-CoV2 has a mutation close to that of DENV, HIV, EBOV and FIPV that activates the host cell’s furin protease, allowing rapid invasion.
