BIPAA is a private nonprofits organization Established to represent and encourage Social Prosperity and the Advancement of Indigenous Garifuna people, and English speaking Black Islanders in the Bay Islands of Honduras. General Objective: Represents and encourage social prosperity, sustainable development, cultural preservation, economic and political empowerment as well as the recognitions to the Ancestral Land Rights of Indigenous people in the Bay Islands. To achieve social inclusion, gender equity and the elimination barriers and racial discriminations.
