Birch Postpartum Support

My name is Tess, supporting you through your fourth trimester I will hold space for who you were before the birth of your new baby, and help you on your journey after they arrive. So much excitement, attention, worry, stress, care, hope, and love surround the first three trimesters with a focus on bringing a healthy baby earth side. Birthing parents and their partners need just as much care and support once their baby is born. When a family is born or enlarged it is a profound and permanent life change for the entire unit. As a postpartum doula, my role is to care for your family after you bring your new bundle(s) home. I do so with empathy, evidence-based knowledge, reliable referrals, care and whenever possible, humour. I completed my postpartum doula training in 2019 and am currently mid-certification with DONA International.
