About BirchTree Real Estate BirchTree Real Estate was founded in March of 2018 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We are located at 630 S Woodruff Ave, Suite A, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. We offer all kinds of real estate services, including marketing, listing and sale of private and institution owned properties, both private and commercial. Even though our company is new, we offer over 20 years of combined experience in real estate in SE Idaho. In addition to marketing, listing and selling real estate, we offer Broker Price Opinions that provide estimates of value for a property when an appraisal is not required. This gives us extensive experience and insight into understanding current and local value trends in the real estate market. The benefit for the client that wants to sell their house is that we can help them arrive at a value that will maximize their equity while marketing the house as quickly as possible.
