Paul is available to:* Deliver clarity on objectives, alignment, strategies * Assess, develop and support organisation, and provide mentoring.* Perform stage-gate readiness, cold-eyes reviews, contracting reviews.* Establish and maintain governance services, provide ongoing counsel and oversight as appropriate.* Perform ad-hoc appraisals, check-ins * Temporarily fill client roles on projects as required DIFFERENTIATORS * Vast experience across all project functions, all types of contracting arrangements, remote locations and complex socio-economic-political environments.* Curiosity, flexibility and adaptability - drive towards creative approaches to solve problems.* Work with the organisation; reach out and integrate the players.* A strong interest in team effectiveness, leadership and ownership. EXPERIENCE * Paul has 30+ years experience in capital-intensive resource industries and has held single-point accountability for the delivery of several large and complex oil & gas projects as well as leadership of portfolio project groups.* Paul has led planning, engineering, procurement, construction and business analysis and support teams including system processes and cost & schedule control.* Paul has advised and assessed project teams in Australia, the USA, Indonesia, Norway, PNG, and Russia.
